The following Committees are needed:

  1. People Finder/Classmate Information Committee – Responsible for:
    • Locating and gathering addresses/married names for ALL of our classmates
    • Working with the Invitations Committee to send out invitations
    • Gathering pictures and other information from classmates (location, family, jobs, etc.)
    • Providing appropriate classmate information for website
    • Creating a display, computer or T.V. projection of appropriate classmate information for the Reunion
    • Creating a special memorial display
    • Creating address and picture books for distribution at the Reunion

    Chairpersons – Matt Malone & Mike Curtis

  1. Website Committee – Responsible for:
    • Providing updates on Reunion planning
    • Posting pictures and information updates on classmates
    • Posting pictures of the Reunion
    • Working with other committee chairpersons on information to be posted

    Chairpersons – Shelah Davis & Matt Malone

  1.  Official Reunion Location/Food Committee – Responsible for:
    • Finding and reserving space for the Official Reunion
    • Choosing food selections and working with us on cost
    • Coordinating necessary equipment with Entertainment Committee

    Chairperson – Alison Baez

  1. Official Reunion Entertainment Committee – Responsible for:
    • Finding and reserving a D.J. (1985-1989 music)
    • Coordinating the Class of 1989 slideshow
    • Providing other entertainment during dinner (walks down memory lane, lining up a few class speakers, having classmates perform talent show acts, etc.)

  1. Invitation Committee -  Responsible for:
    • Creating and printing invitations - post or electronic
    • Keeping list of RSVPs and updating RSVP list on with web site committee

    Chairpersons – Janel Johnson & Whitney Brundage

  1. Friday Informal Reunion Committee – Responsible for:
    • Reserving and coordinating with bar/restaurant for Friday night
    • Providing location and map information to Invitations Committee
    • Possibly coordinating with PNHS alumni staff
